Al-Mon-O is a Local Club of the Wally Byam Airstream Club (WBAC). Our name includes reference to the ALlegheny, MONongahela and Ohio rivers. Chartered in 1972, we are a group of people who love to travel, have fun, own Airstream products, and for the most part live in Western Pennsylvania. We have a diverse membership and we all enjoy traveling to new places, gathering together and participating in rallies, luncheons, and caravans.
WBAC is the RV Club of Airstream Owners. It is named for Wally Byam who was the inventor of the Airstream travel trailer. To be a member and participate in club activities, you must own a self-contained recreational vehicle made by Airstream Inc.
For Al-Mon-O members who stay north for the ‘off-season’, and any WBAC members who want to join us, we hold monthly luncheons and our Installation event each December. Beginning in April and ending in October/November we either host or attend camping rallies.
Our activities are listed on this web site, and you can read about past and upcoming events in our newsletter “The Point”.
By joining the Al-Mon-O PA Airstream Club, you will receive our monthly newsletter (The Point), meet some really great people, travel to interesting places and most importantly have fun. We hope you will join us in an upcoming event to get to know what we can offer to you. You will find us to be friendly, helpful and eager to travel as often as possible to new areas.
